Providing contact information is voluntary, but without it Frankentools may be unable to answer. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health data, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
Processors and external services
Hostinger provides hosting, CDN, email and security infrastructure and processes technical data on Frankentools’ behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. WordPress and Elementor run on that hosting; they are software components rather than separate recipients of public-visitor data.
No advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or newsletter signup are enabled on the public pages. The site does not sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Unity Asset Store and Discord are external destinations. Their services load only after you choose to follow a link; they then process data under their own policies: Unity Privacy Policy and Discord Privacy Policy.
International transfers
Hostinger and its authorised subprocessors may process data in countries described in their DPA. When you independently open Unity or Discord, those providers may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards described in their privacy policies. Frankentools does not embed their tracking or social widgets on this site.
Your GDPR rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests are normally answered within one month; identity may be verified when necessary.
You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority. Contact Frankentools first if you would like the issue resolved directly.
The website and products are aimed at professional and hobbyist Unity creators and are not directed to children. Frankentools does not knowingly collect children’s data through the site.
Policy changes
This policy is reviewed when the site’s services or data practices change. A new review date will be published here, and a prominent notice will be used if a change materially affects users.
